I am a Systems Integrator.
This means I make things work, or mean something. I am a freak of usability. Here I describe what I offer for automation of laboratory, for other integrators, or for industry.

I do not list complete systems here.
Usually my customers utilize my parts in their bigger project, in which they are professionals.
But sometimes I do deliver complete systems as well, like the press mentioned below.
I primarily offer:

  1. My software for existing TMC modules.
  2. Adaptation of that software to other controllers.
They may not necessarily be related to motion control.
Those "other controllers" might be ones, which a user might have, or which a user might be manufacturing.
  3. Custom FirmWare for TMCM.
  4. Attach gigabytes of memory to TMCM. You can plug memory by "consumer industry" into TMCM, and computer.
  5. My service of System Integration.
You have a task from your customer... You may delegate it to me as a whole, or as a part... And I solve it.

Usually I participate in joint projects. So usually my partners contribute their own work into the system, as well as include my components. Usually my partners are not mere resellers. They are solution providers as well... - usually on a higher level... Usually their expertise is quite different from mine. E.g. they are manufacturers, I am an integrator. They are scientists, I am an engineer. But often I also serve fellow engineers.

Announcement:
Those using Trinamic's TMCM612 find out that it lacks any sensible function to control its ADC, DAC, and additional 128kB RAM. I devised a FirmWare for this module, which adds this functionality to TMCL. The function will bear the same hallmarks of ease of use, and common sense as are present in my computer software for TMCL - the TMCM-DLL, which I mention above.
Suggestions are welcome. Some users may prefer a completely custom function rather than a versatile extension to FirmWare. I can do this too.

None of my software or FirmWare is available for purchase through Trinamic. (Although Trinamic does keep a copy of my software TMCM-DLL.) You have to order directly from me, not from Trinamic. I may bundle the price with hardware (e.g. TMC modules), which you may buy from me, and with my TMCM-DLL software.

If we speak of fixed products, I have only a few more or less finished products:
  1. The software TMCM-DLL and TMCM-Loader. Currently adapted only for TMCM.
  2. Trinamic Motion Control (TMC) modules, and microchips in stock: Prices depend on quantity, and other conditions, and offers from me.
Other items from Trinamic, which are not listed, are available too. But delivery is a bit slower.
As I write on another page here, on July 11, 2008 Trinamic finally agreed to restore my supply. So, I may continue supplying you with their items, as a distributor.

I serve local customers in person. I serve remote customers by mail order. You may buy from me in any quantity, even single pieces. I am not rigid. I make the price, and mode of payment as much favourable as possible.

Some other distributors of Trinamic came into partnership with me. Jointly we offer a greater pool of stock. This is a consequence of the unfortunate policy by Trinamic to commit distributors to so called minimum quantities. A distributor may not want the lot. But one is coerced into buying the minimum. By pooling the stock we reduce each other's frozen funds, and improve service to you. You get the best price, and save time on searching for items from a multitude of distributors. My partners have the following stock available:

Distributors, who wish to participate in pooling of stock please submit your lists to me. I would forward the inquiries.

  3. Linear motion tables - travel range of 200mm, precise, repeatability 0.1 micron, heavy duty.
  4. Power supply - laboratory type, analogue, standard 3A, or custom rating and design; with room inside for customer to place more controllers.
The description of a standard model is on the Trinamic Forum here:
    http://www.trinamic.com/ttdg/viewtopic.php?t=394
Photo is on the right, above.
    Custom models may vary.
  5. These are fixed items.
But the main bulk of my work is in procuring, and sometimes producing or adapting varying solutions.
    Variable examples are:

  6. 1-axis, 3-axis, and 12-axis stepper motor controllers from my customers and partners.
They are fixed. But custom development is also possible.
  7. Position sensors - high precision, nanometer, subarcsecond, standard and custom. Range of linear measurement is unlimited. In theory - many meters.
Can be used standalone, and with encoders in motion controllers.
  8. 10 ton motorized press. Designed for a laboratory. An unorthodox system integrated from ready parts. The requirement was to avoid any dirty hydraulics. It is purely electro-mechanical.
  9. Some custom mechanical manufacturing.
  10. Consultancy, and selection of motors: stepper, DC, piezo.
  11. Various mechanical drives for automation of precise optics, and other sciences. Relates appliances (optics, holders, mirrors).
  12. Custom keypads, touch-pads, displays.
  13. Custom software in C, Visual Basic, LabView, MatLab, Internet. Drivers, DLLs, GUI. Various operating systems (Windows, UNIX, mobile phones as control pads).
  14. Granite and die cast iron optical tables (damn heavy).
For those who don't know: an optical table is a table, on which you position elements of a prototype of an optical system. The system guides a beam of light from a laser. The table has to be sufficiently large, and stable. It has fixtures for attachment of those elements. It of course can be used for other types of prototypes.
  15. Drawing the support from other integrators and specialists in medical science, optical adjustable objectives for lasers, adaptive optics, custom galvano motors, microscope workplaces, electronics engineering...

... And of course my own service of System Integration.

The above mentioned 14 points of business are quite vague...
The best way would be to ask me case by case.
In some cases, where a lot of resources are required, I can provide only consultancy, or referral. I have many links to the industry.
In other cases I can provide implementation as well.
I am very good at definition and specification of new projects and products.

I could utilize some of your products, and services, if you deem anything worth advertising to me.
