Usually, I do not publish links to my suppliers, and partners. I disclose them only to my customers. This means I always advertise my partners, although anonymously. See the link to my offer. So, they need not apply for an explicit link. Yet they may.

Other people are welcome to request a listing. Any web site may qualify. I favour sites, which are interesting in some respect. Not necessarily on engineering.
With regard to engineering, you may post here invitations for design. If not me, then someone else might pick it up. Or I may forward it to someone appropriate.

I do not know this company personally. This is a link, which a good person gave me. I trust him. So I provide the link to you. Below is what he wrote about that company:
They buy servomotors, integrate their own "intelligence" for decentralized motion control, and sell them. A little company (over a dozen people), but modern, well equipped.
They developed communication modules (artisys / bus-system) which works on base of CAN, SPS etc.

I myself took a look at their site. I noticed their expertise in using industrial computers with displays. This is what engineers sometimes need, when creating a standalone device.

Makes tool benches. Designs mechanical devices to order. On occasion fits them with some electronic elements, and controls.
An example of an electro-mechanical project: an ignition system for aviation (a polluting industry). They do bravely explore the field of automation, which is quite new to them, being originally a pure mechanical workshop.
My impression about this company in controversial. Maybe they do the job. But negotiation will be tricky. They are not particularly generous.
